Rude and unhelpful staff. After a 15 minute wait in line, the print shop woman was extremely disinterested in my query, bordering on rude as she talked down to me. Tried to overcharge me for poster printing until I showed her the price sheet available online. Able to print PDF files in-store from Dropbox, unless you want bigger than A3, in which case you cannot simply email them the Dropbox link, you have to leave the store and transfer it to a USB drive... seriously? It's 2017. Left me and several others with zero answer or satisfaction. Will not be returning to this store.

Excellent service from Jazz. I was nervous about asking for help with my printing as I was trying something new and couldn't afford a mistake. I found Jazz put me at my ease and listened carefully to what I wanted, even when I didn't know how to explain it all! She even ran a test of my graphic first on A0 paper to help. Well done to Officeworks.
