Parkland Mazda

This mob has to be the worst car sales and service I have seen.

Booked a test drive with them - the salesperson who was supposed to take me on a test drive at the allotted time was not available even though we had scheduled in advance. They assigned a girl who although was polite and friendly, confessed to me later on that she works in admin and has no idea about the cars, functions etc. What a waste of time.

I should have picked up the hint and bought elsewhere but I gave them a chance and bought a car. Do not expect a response or promises to be fulfilled once your deposit is in. The car broke down months after and I sent it in for repair. I was told it was fixed - I asked for a reason and was told "software issues". I asked for the paperwork associated with the repair and was assured several times it would be sent through. After weeks of not getting anything I decided to take my car and business elsewhere. I will never buy anything from Parkland Mazda again.

Edit: rang in to the number below and did not get a response. Sent an email to their public relations person and did not get a reply too. No apology or acknowledgement of my issues. Definitely was Parkland Mazda I made the sorry purchase.

Update on 14 August 2017: Rang up Sean Mac on the number below on 11 August and left a voice message. Have not heard back from him so far. I note I had also sent Ben R. (previous Mazda rep) an email in June 2016 to get in touch, provided mobile number and no response.

Going to a car dealership isn't normally an enjoyable experience as you can feel pressured into sales the moment you work through the door. I was pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by a friendly and relaxed Matthew. Matthew was a fantastic salesman, we never felt uncomfortable at any moment in time and he helped us negotiate sales until we reached a price we were happy with. Definitely ask for Matthew if you're interested in buying from Parkland Mazda. He also gave my mum a $50 Myers gift card, which was so kind! Thanks Matthew you're a legend mate.
